About the Role:
We're seeking a versatile Account Manager to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our founder and shape the future of our client relationships. As we expand, this part-time position is expected to evolve into a full-time role, with significant growth potential within our rapidly scaling startup.
Key Focus Areas:
- Managing relationship and collaboration with client
- Serving as a growth strategy consultant to our clients
- Providing direction to internal client fulfillment team (data ops, copywriting, etc)
Key Responsibilities:
- Week 1: Intensive training on our processes and methodologies
- Week 2: Begin shadowing the founder during client calls and project work
- Weeks 2 onwards: Support with reporting, managing, and directing the client success team
- Provide strategic direction to copywriters, data strategists, data operations specialists, and cold callers assigned to your clients
- Develop and implement market growth and targeting strategies
- Create and execute campaign strategies tailored to each client's needs
- Serve as the main point of contact for client
- Hold weekly or bi-weekly strategy sessions for clients
- Managing client project reporting
